Damien and Flintridge Prep girls earn big Tuesday night wins.

At the Northview Tournament
Damien 72, Northview 32: The Spartans improved their record to 6-1 with a rout of host Northview. Xavier Clinton, a junior, scored a game-high 14 points with freshman Eli Garner adding 14 points and Caiden Brown tossing in another 13 points.
At the Gary Presteasater Classic in the Consolation Round
La Salle 66, South Hills 63: The Lancers just outlasted the Huskies in overtime to pull out the win. Ryan Hajar had a big night with a game-high 28 points for the Lancers. South Hills was paced by Mateo Pagadilao with 20 points.
San Dimas 55, Alta Loma 40: The Saints rebounded from an opening-round loss to beat the Braves. Logan Hodson scored a game-high 16 points with 9 rebounds and Nathan Yearout added 14 points.
In other area action:
Walnut 97, Bassett 38: The Mustangs jumped out to a 40-8 lead and never looked back in defeating the visiting Olympians. Malik Khouzam and Joby Barnes each topped the stat sheet with 20 points apiece. The Mustangs are 4-0 for the season.
West Covina 57, Nogales 44: The Bulldogs established a 24-18 halftime lead and withstood a late comeback from the Nobles for a nonleague win. Jeremiah Caldwell, a junior, topped the stat sheet with 15 points with Jason Jenkins, another junior, contributing 13 points. West Covina is 4-2 on the season.
Sonora 56, El Dorado 45: The Raiders had three players in double figures in their win over the Golden Hawks. Ricky Esparza paced the Raiders with 12 points, with Tyler Holmquist adding 11 points and Yoda Oke pumping in 10 points. Sonora improved their record to 4-2.
La Habra 57, Laguna Beach 46: Acen Jimenez had a game-high 22 points and Grayson Sinek added 20 points as the Highlanders improved their record to 4-2 with a nonleague win over the Breakers at the Mariko Memorial Classic.

Dana Hills 77, California 50: Trey Cabrera scored a team-high 17 points, but it was not good enough as the Condors suffered a tough loss to Dana Hills at the Loara Tournament.
Bosco Tech 54, Arroyo Valley 29: The Tigers improved their record to 4-0 on the season on the strength of a nice effort from Jaden Erami (16 points and 12 rebounds) and Andrew Hernandez (14 points). Junior Aston W pumped in 11 points.

Flintridge Prep 86, Milken 27: The Wolves jumped out to a 29-4 lead after the first quarter and easily turned back Milken in a nonleague game. Ashley Chea was the leading scorer with 32 points with Maddie Smith adding 16 points and Akemi Fu chipping in another 11 points. Flintridge Prep will take on host Keppel in a huge area basketball game on Friday night.
Muir 46, Westridge 22: It was a big night for Amari Wilson as she scored a game-high 28 points to lead the Mustangs in a road win over the Tigers. Muir's record improves to 4-1.
Pioneer 74. 29 Palms 42: Senior Kaela Guidry had a double-double (23 points, 12 rebounds) to lead the Titans to a double-digit win. Aryanna Reyes had the hot hand from the field as she scored 20 points and Mia Avalos contributed 13 points. Pioneer is 3-0 on the season.
Bonita 69, Covina 36: In a matchup of two top-10 teams in the area, Amore Mason tallied a game-high 21 points to lead the Bearcats to an overwhelming win over the Colts and even their record on the season to 2-2. Tressa Beatty added 15 points and junior Serenity Henderson added 10 points.
El Rancho 46, Artesia 25; The Dons outscored the Pioneers 24-3 in the first quarter and cruised to an impressive non-league win. Sophomore Ariel Marquez had 11 points with Lailene Araniva each pitching in 10 points.
La Habra 49, Irvine 37: Kennedy Cauley, a junior, scored a game-high 12 points as the Highlanders improved their record to 5-2 with a nonleague win over the Vaqueros.
At the San Marino Tournament:
Glendora 89, San Marino 24: The Titans had four players in double figures as they overwhelmed the host Titans in pool play action at the San Marino Tournament. Senior Rylie Anderson had a double-double (22 points, 10 steals) with Brianna Gomez and Miriam Tomt each scoring 12 points. Glendora (4-1) will take on St. Lucy’s on Thursday.
Northview 68, Alhambra 25: It was a big night for Alana Diaz as she had a double-double (30 points/10 rebounds), and Sam Martinez also had a double-double for the Vikings in their rout of the Moors. Kristin Morella added 10 points.
