Recap: It was the Justin Santiago show again on Wednesday night as the tossed a complete-game two-hitter to give the Bearcats a win over the area’s top-ranked team in pool play action. Santiago’s record for the season is 4-0. Bryan Bradshaw was the offensive star of the game for Bonta as he went 3 for 4, with a triple, and drove in three runs. The Bearcats are back in action on Thursday as they take on Kofa HS from Arizona.

Recap: Marcos Rosales, a Cal State Fullerton signee, had a huge night for the Huskies he banged out a double, and a triple and drove in two runs in the Huskies' win over the Tartans. Steven Jimenez also connected on two hits. South Hills is back in action on Thursday as they take on Gahr.

Athen Malone surrendered only one run on five hits and struck out three and was the tough-luck losing pitcher.

Felipe De Alba went 2 for 3 and drove in a run, and Santa Fe’s Steven Mendoza banged out two hits. El Rancho is 7-0 in the season.

Recap: The Condors scored all seven of their runs in the first inning and cruised to an easy Del Rio League win over the visiting Cardinals. Kike Matchan was the offensive standout of the day for the Condors as he went 2 for 3 and drove in three runs.

Serenity Reyes drove in Bonita’s only run. This is Bonita’s second consecutive loss.
